  4. line up: Mark Biederman (vocals/guitar)
  5.          Larry Lalonde (guitar)
  6.          Les Claypool (bass)

  9. Not a productive band, this Blind Illusion. Founded in 1978 in Richmond,
  10. California, it took them ten years before they had released their debut album.
  11. Various line up changes (Lalonde is taken from Posssessed (meanwhile split up)
  12. and for the young Miner, this is the first band) and playing in other bands by
  13. the founders Biederman (playing a while in Blue Oyster Cult) and Claypool
  14. (Primus!) are the main reasons for this. But the long expected record makes it
  15. up: Blind Illusion's thrash is good, with lots of variation: sometimes tight
  16. and fast, sometimes chaotic. There are even acoustical pieces in it. Megadeth
  17. semms to be the most important influence for them. But when you think of it,
  18. that some pieces on "The Sane Asylum" are going back to 1978, the question is
  19. who is influenced by whom?
